Hawk Partners, a marketing consultation firm with offices across the country, tasked VCA with providing an innovative, post-COVID floor plan which navigated away from dedicated offices. Hawk wanted more nebulous space than the rigid desk-assignments that existed prior to 2020, where staff can move and work in whatever mode that suits their needs. To achieve this new workspace VCA prioritized collaborative space and pulled private offices away from the windows. For Hawk’s new, fully reservable office model, VCA created identical offices, surrounded by unique touch-down spaces, and an oversized work pantry for spur of the moment gatherings.

The movement of offices away from the windows increases access to natural light. Mirrored columns help light proliferate all areas of the office, meaning no matter where one is or what their role may be, all have unfettered access to these beneficial features.
