Burton S. Visnick, AIA, NCARB

Co-Founder & Senior Principal

With nearly 40 years of experience of fluctuating trends and movements in the architecture and interior design profession, Burt has amassed a vast wealth of wisdom regarding his profession. His wide range of knowledge can directly be contributed to his core set of values and his design pursuit focused upon the improvement of the human condition. His passion for education is evident with his commitment to the University of Minnesota’s College of Design, where has spent over a decade as a Member of the Dean’s Advisory Board. In addition, the Visnick Family has established a fellowship program focused upon design education experiences in Asia. Burt has been known to accompany the trip and participates as a visiting design critic.

In his spare time Burt is dedicated to supporting the Malawi Children’s Mission, an NGO organization based in Africa focused upon raising the educational and living standards of orphaned children and is a member of the Executive Committee of One Global Design (OGD), an international organization of design firms who collaborate upon projects and share knowledge.
